- Only store credit will be issued for returns & damaged claims, regardless of reason.

- Some returns will not have a restocking fee for 5 days if the returned merchandise is returned in UNOPENED condition with the manufacturers' seal.
- If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- Any returns for a style that is sold out, is subject to a 15% restock fee and only store credit.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to bring the products to our facility for any exchanges.
- No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for any special orders.)
- $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
- Claims for any damages report must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for store credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Email to email@example.com
- Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
- Depending on the situation, customers may have to pay for the return shipping.
- We are not responsible for duplicate orders and/ or styles.
- We cannot accept any returns for any label/tags that has been altered.
